At http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/openconnect-devel/2014-July/002070.html a user reports:

The procedure entry point strerror_s could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll

I'm not sure if this is a failing in the mingw runtime, or if it's just wrong to be using strerror_s here.

This should already be fixed in mingw-p11-kit-0.20.2-2.fc20 which was pushed to F20-updates on July 19 2014. Can you indicate whether this updated package resolves the issue?
