Description of problem:
When I perform a full compile of foomatic db (a lone invocation of
"foomatic-compiledb"), in the middle I get the following error:

The file Xerox-DocuPrint_N4512_PS.xml doesn't exist in fact, but a
file named Xerox-DocuPrint_N4512PS.xml exists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora with foomatic and gimp-print-cups
2. Run foomatic-compiledb
3. Wait until it reaches Xerox-DocuPrint_N4512_PS
    

Actual Results:  Error occurs and compilation is aborted

Expected Results:  Compilation progresses until all PPD files are
generated
