Description of problem:
Shut down Virtual Machine(s) - no way to write a reason without using mouse. Thus tab moving to reason form doesn't work.

ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-3.5.0-0.0.master.20140722232058.git8e1babc.el6.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a reason enabled on cluster
2. Shutdown a VM
3. try to get cursor active in reason form without using mouse

Actual results:
not possible, one has to click into the form

Expected results:
one should be able to type a reason msg without using mouse
