Lists host stays the same all the time

Description of problem:
"Free Hosts" list doesn't upodate with newly discovered hosts.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a staypuft deployment
2. Open the deployment screen
3. Select a host group and click on the + (plus) sign

Actual results:
Same list of hosts is always shown, even when switching to different host group


Expected results:
Newly discovered hosts should appear on the list
