(In reply to Karel Volný from comment #1) > any volunteers welcome ... well, what an interest ... :-/
It's on nux-dextop repo now, so maybe nobody needs it in EPEL anymore?
libmodplug-0.8.8.5-1.el6 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 6. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2014-2299/libmodplug-0.8.8.5-1.el6
(In reply to moonwolf from comment #3) > It's on nux-dextop repo now, so maybe nobody needs it in EPEL anymore? not sure who is "nobody" :-) - you've obviously cared enough to report the bug it's in dependency chain of qmmp which I happen to maintain, so I took it as no one else stepped in ... however, I won't revive the EL5 branch, backporting the security fixes would be too much; anyways, the main distro (RHEL5) is almost dead, only important fixes for big customers are getting in - if someone still maintains a RHEL5-based desktop (suppose that no one plays module files on servers :-)) then good luck with that ... the update will reach two weeks in testing soon, I'll request stable after the weekend
libmodplug-0.8.8.5-1.el6 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
