Description of problem:
The Plugin doesn't allow to enter a Name property. The Name is the first URL set at import time for that resource. So if a URL changes, the Name will still be the old URL. Also a URL is not that useful to represent a resource.

There is also no workaround like creating the Service with a name and then change the URL because the Plugin only accepts valid HTTP Url (which makes sence)
