Description of problem: Touchpad tapping is off by default. This appears to be changed from F20, or at least upgrading from F20 to F21 disabled it for me. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kcm_touchpad-1.1-2.fc21.x86_64

Tapping has been off by default for ages. It was disabled by default at the synaptics driver's level several Fedora releases ago, kcm_touchpad did not override that default (and it shouldn't).
(And by the way, Hans de Goede said at Flock that tapping will still be disabled by default in libinput/Wayland and that's how it should be.)
The only issue I can see is that the new kcm_touchpad does not honor the settings from the old one, that's bad, but not banned since we're only pushing this to a new Fedora release. It could use a release note though.
