Changes were made to the original patching section in the Installation Guide to make the chapter flow better.

I didn't know that these topics were also copied into the Security Guide at some point during the 6.3 cycle, so the structural changes to the order of topics that were done in the Installation Guide will also need to be applied to the Security Guide.
