GPG key displayed incorrectly (twice escaped?)

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Content -> GPG keys -> New Gpg Key
     Name: RPM-GPG-KEY-20-fedora
     Upload GPG key: /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-20-fedora
2. Check ho how is the key's content displayed now


Actual results:
Newlines are displayed as "<br>" tags:

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
