Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHEL-6.6
2.install scsi-target-utils
# yum install scsi-target-utils
3. start tgtd
# service tgtd start

4. Check for AVC message
/usr/bin/env LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 /sbin/ausearch -m AVC -m USER_AVC -m SELINUX_ERR
