Building on top of bug 669111, bug 1130352 and bug 1130353, add the ability to move more than one PV with a single commit. Whether a new CLI syntax is created to accomodate an atomic pvmove of this nature or whether multiple atomic pvmove commands are issued with a single "--commitall" will have to be worked out. The goal is to allow users to atomicly pvmove from one set of devices to another.
