Also, as long as the text is going to change to "Error" at the five second interval refresh, it might as well give a little bit more info. Specifying which servers to check is nice rather than just assuming the user knows which server is being talked about.
CDS module was removed in pulp 2.0 (not sure about the version), therefore there is no option to sync CDS in RHUI3.
