Description of problem:

On Parameters and Result Set tabs in this dialog, it is impossible to edit values in the table unless the appropriate row is selected first by clicking on the value in the first column.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Create Relational View Procedure dialog
Switch to Parameters tab
Click Add
Try to change the Data Type – does not work
Click into the first column and then try to change Data Type again
