capture with DTLS elliptic_curves extension

Description of problem:
When decoding DTLS1.0 stream, wireshark is unable to decode the elliptic_curves extension even though it is able to decode the same extension in TLS Client Hello.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
wireshark-1.10.9-1.fc20.x86_64
wireshark-gnome-1.10.9-1.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load attached packet capture
2. Look For Client Hello
3. Look at Extension: elliptic_curves

Actual results:
Data (8 bytes)

Expected results:
Elliptic curves (3 curves)
 Elliptic curve: secp521r1 (0x0019)
 Elliptic curve: secp384r1 (0x0018)
 Elliptic curve: secp256r1 (0x0017)
