Description of problem:
[ALL LANG][Reports Portal] Unlocalized string found in 'About JasperReports Server' dialog.

rhevm-reports-3.5.0-1.el6_5.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login Reports Portal
2. Click 'About JasperReports Server' link at the left bottom of the home page.

Actual results:
Unlocalized string 'Invalid license. License file /var/lib/ovirt-engine/jasperserver.license was not found.'

Expected results:
It's should be localized.

Minor issue with the default JRS reports.
Will reopen once fixed.
