Description of problem:
Syncing repo in product shows green success notice, but emits ISE in the logs: "ERROR:  null value in column "user_id" violates not-null constraint"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new product
2. Create new repository in that product:
     Name: bbbbbbbbbb
     Label: bbbbbbbbbb
     Type: yum
     URL: http://yum.spacewalkproject.org/2.1-client/RHEL/6/x86_64/
     Publish via HTTP: [checked]
3. Click [Save]
4. Check the repository in product's repositories list and click "Sync Now"
5. Follow logs


Actual results:
Although packages are synced, some issue(s) is/are logged


Expected results:
No errors should appear in the log
