Description of problem:
After deleting the only file disk from a VM the ovf file was not remove from the OVF store

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.5.0-0.0.master.20140804172041.git23b558e.el6.noarch
vdsm-4.16.1-6.gita4a4614.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM with 1 file nfs disk - the ovf file is added to the ovf store disk
2. Create a 5 move vms with disks on the same domain and the ovf store was updated
3. Removed the disk from one of the vms >> the ovf file remains. No UploadStreamCommand was sent

Actual results:
The ovf file is not updated/deleted

Expected results:
An UploadStreamCommand should be send and the ovf file should be deleted
