UI raises "page doesn't exists error" on deleting arch containing html tags in name

Description of problem:
Deleting an arch that contains html tag in name raises:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

production.log says:

UI raises following error on deleting arch containing html tags in name:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.


Expected results:
arch should be deleted successfully
