Description of problem:
when having a 2 or more row items(vms,data-centers,clusters...) inside a tab,
and we execute remove operation to all items but one,the remained items is mirrored (during time changed 1msec-1sec,see image) for a while. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rc1

How reproducible:
100% (though during time changes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have setup with 2 dc's
2.remove one of the dc's

Actual results:
the remaining item(in our case data-center ,"default") is mirrored for a short while before refreshed

Expected results:
no mirror
