As it is displayed on the attached screenshot, the "Save" button on Connection settings tab (URL fragment: #Resource/${res_id}/Inventory/ConnectionSettings) is displayed is grey while on the Configuration tab (URL fragment: #Resource/${res_id}/Configuration/Current), it is blue.

This should be consistent.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://${host}:7080/coregui/#Resource/${res_id}/Inventory/ConnectionSettings)
2. go to http://${host}:7080/coregui/#Resource/${res_id}/Configuration/Current
3. compare the two screens

Actual results:
* 1 save button is grey
* 1 save button is blue

Expected results:
* both save buttons have the same styling

  This is a cherry-pick of the commit for upstream "[BZ 1132399] - Plugin
  config for group has the save button on the placing both buttons on the
  bottom of the page and making them blue."

  The upstream fix covers this BZ and also adds a bit more useful stuff.
