Description of problem:
multi-click on New Dashboard button creates dashboards with the same title which act as 1 dashboard

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to http://ServerIP:7080/coregui/#Dashboards/10001
2. multi-click on New Dashboard button
3.

Actual results:
dashboards with the same title are created
click on any of dashboards with the same title leads to the first dashboard (with the same name)

Expected results:
dashboards have unique titles
