perl-POSIX-strftime-Compiler-0.32-1.fc22 fails to build in F22 because t/04_tzset.t tests expects zone names which changed after upgrading tzdata to 2014f:

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
