Description of problem:
Had 2 storage domains, one was blocked from the hosts.
Clicked on 'move' in order to live migrate it and the pop-up got stuck and I couldn't close it.

How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have 2 storage domains from the same type (file/block)
2. Create a VM with a disk on one of the domains (SD1). Start the VM
3. Block connectivity from all hosts to the second domain (SD2)
4. Click on 'Move' disk
Actual results:
Expected results:
The move disk pop-up gets stuck and Clicking on 'X' doesn't do anything.
