Hi, Currently selinux-policy is expanding the selinux "system" security class with userspace AV for systemd action like reboot or shutdown. While looking at merging the systemd policy into the refpolicy Christopher from Tresys was a bit annoyed by this, see: http://oss.tresys.com/pipermail/refpolicy/2014-July/007237.html This will requires coordination between selinux-policy and systemd itself. Yes we know about this issue and I need to re-ask systemd folks how the fix goes.
Miroslav have you defined a new class for systemd or init, that defines the access vector that I added to system? Once those are defined, we can switch systemd pretty easily to use them. Of course we need to do this in F22.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle. Changing version to '22'. More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/HouseKeeping/Fedora22
Is there any progress on this?
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this bug. Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.

Class system is already integrated in distro selinux-policy.
(In reply to Lukas Vrabec from comment #8) > Class system is already integrated in distro selinux-policy. The initial issue was that systemd is abusing the system class and that selinux upstream were not happy about that. I don't think this has been fixed, please reopen the bug
