Description:

The 7mode iscsi driver is pending implementation for manage and unmanage support. This spec is aimed at extending support for manage and unmanage for the driver. We intend to use --source-id and path as required inputs to identify object to bring under cinder management.

This patch implements manage and unmanage support for NetApp's
cmode and 7mode iscsi drivers.
