Another user experienced a similar problem: I visited: http://www.appsgeyser.com/getwidget/Tabzon/ ...and tried to scroll the contents of the virtual mobile phone on that page. reporter: libreport-2.2.3 backtrace_rating: 4 cmdline: /usr/lib64/firefox/firefox crash_function: object_heap_destroy executable: /usr/lib64/firefox/firefox kernel: 3.16.6-203.fc20.x86_64 package: firefox-33.0-1.fc20 reason: firefox killed by SIGFPE runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000
Also, http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp is pretty consistent in provoking a crash. Abrt says it's this bug. Firefox version: firefox-33.1-2.fc20.x86_64
This is an automated bug update for abrt crashes. Those crashes (recorder by abrt) are mostly generated by plugin-container and attached plugin process like flash. Other bugs are difficult to reproduce. So if you're able to reproduce the bug please reopen it and remove [abrt] string from the subject line.
https://retrace.fedoraproject.org/faf/reports/408246/ Last change: 03-20-2015 600 times reproduced. I suspect it is the video playback; the "autoplay" functionality on certain sites is causing an increased number of crashes. NOTE: I don't recall having this issue with the "developer release" of Firefox (Aurora).
