This dependency was set incorrectly. OVMF can be used by qemu-kvm but is not direct dependency. 

In addition, OVMF should be part of Optional channel due to licence restrictions.

Indeed, thanks for correcting this!

No, not Optional.

OVMF can only be shipped in *Supplementary*, because OVMF is not free software.
