Created attachment 930600 [details] git patch to use maven instead of ant Upstream package uses maven to compile. Why do we have a patch to use ant? I'm attaching a git patch to fix this (this way we can remove a patch, be closer to upstream, make it work properly with maven, simplify the spec file).
This bug has been open for 16 days. Can someone please consider this bug? This is a pretty big change since it simplifies _A LOT_ the spec file (so it will be easier to maintain in future) and adds the pom file that should be present by Fedora Policy. Also this patch removes a package patch, that this will respect more the Fedora "stay close to upstream" policy. If the maintainer has issues with the time to maintain this package alone, I can help co-maintaining it.
Hi Fabio! Thank you for your patch, i will apply it today
Build package and sorry for delay
