Description of problem:

After I create a new project and switch back to the artifact repository page, the page is blank.

As a workaround it is needed to reload Business Central because Refresh button probably does not work due to BZ 1078096.

Sometimes it is enought to switch between Project Authoring and Artifact Repository pages with the same result, the Artifact Repository is blank and Business Central has to be reloaded.

Server log does not contain any error or warning logs when I switch to the blank Artifact Repository page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build and deploy the default project1 in the repository1
2. Open Artifact Repository
3. See the created artifact
4. Switch back and create a new project
5. Do NOT deploy the project - yet, in the server log you will see that the project is built
6. Open Artifact Repository
7. The page is blank without any artifacts
8. Refresh button does not work (BZ 1078096), only reload of Business Central will help
