Description of problem:

I have entered https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1134476 to track https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-4599. I get the following error when I set the "Add External Bug: Tracker" to "JBoss Issue Tracker" and the "Bug ID" to "ISPN-4599":

"An invalid value 'ISPN-4599' for an External Bug Tracker Bug ID was submitted."

I am now able to add external tracking bugs again. Several other people were also having this issue, so it may return in the future!

Hopefully this is fixed for good, as described in Bug 1135080 Comment 2.
