Description of problem:
G-I-S has no info field pop-up for password is too short

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-21-20140827(test-day).iso

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter root password and no user in anaconda 21-48.2-1 and install to VB HD
2.Reboot starts G-I-S get to add user screen and enter a 7 digit password
3.[NEXT] button remains greyed out. NO info pop-up is displayed to show anything is wrong with password 

 Gnome Bug 735578  

If root and user are set in anaconda this password works..?

Actual results:Unable to proceed with setting password in G-I-S 


Expected results:Info shown why password is not accepted
