Description of problem:
In order to install Capsule Server the Satellite 6 server needs to have RHEL, RHSCL, and Capsule server repos sync'd, such as:
# subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-6-server-rpms \ 
--enable rhel-server-rhscl-6-rpms \ 
--enable rhel-server-6-satellite-capsule-6-beta-rpms

Would be good to mention this in pre-requisites
