[test case] There is js error when change format of case's Setup in edit test case page

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.10-2 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100% on chrome Version 31.0.1650.63

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a case edit page.
https://tcms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com/case/359543/edit/?from_plan=13569
2.Change the format of case's Setup.

Actual results:
There is a js error in console and user can not change the format.
Uncaught HierarchyRequestError: A Node was inserted somewhere it doesn't belong. 

Expected results:
There is no error and user can change setup's format.
