[test case] Set format of case's text to 'preformatted' , system will show a redundant horizontal bar under text in run detail page.

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.10-2 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change the format of case's setup field to 'preformatted' in case edit page, save the change.
2.Enter the run detail page, of which the run contains this case.
3.Update the caserun to the latest version.
4.Inspect system how to display this case's setup field.

Actual results:
There is a redundant horizontal bar under the content.

Expected results:
There is no horizontal bar and system can display all content linefeed.

The above issue also happened to setup,Break down,Actions,Expected Results fields.
