Description of problem:
Whenever I click Release/Claim/Start/Complete buttons for an ad-hoc task in Task list (in Task details > work view) the nubmer of occurences of text 
"* Automatically generated form, only supports simple text strings *" is doubled. Check the video attached for steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ad hoc task in task list
2. Click Release, Claim, Start, Complete, observe the number of occurences of "* Automatically generated form .." multiplies

This issue is not longer present in 6.2.x it was fixed by the refactoring of the details tabs, so I'm marking this BZ as MODIFIED.

Ok, now it works correctly. Verified with BPM Suite 6.1.0 ER3
