Description of problem:
Now you don't have possibility to remove host from hosted-engine(at least you will see this host in hosted-engine --vm-status also when you remove host via UI and remove hosted-engine package), so we need possibility to un-deploy host from hosted-engine environment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. If host run engine vm, put host to local maintenance, release sanlock, remove information on host from storage domain and disconnect it from storage pool(maybe I miss some additional actions).

Actual results:
No possibility to do clean remove of host from hosted-engine environment

Expected results:
Possibility to do clean remove of host from hosted-engine environment via hosted-engine --undeploy --host=host_name
