there is a js error when searching cases

Description of problem:
as summary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.10-2 on stage server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login the TCMS and click the "Search Cases" in the Testing tab
Check the console.

Actual results:
there is a js error in the console

Expected results:
it should be the same as the "Search runs" with no errors.

verify on devel server with 3.8.11-2:pass
verify steps are the same as the description.
