Closing. I created this review request due to packaging of rOCCI-server, but rubygem-whenever is not needed there anymore.

If anybody would want to reuse this packaging, there are some small issues yet:
- using %license in %files section
- not including tests in the doc package
- checking if manual pages are up to date
