ISO domain added and is in maintenance mode, text lists it as Inactive under the Storage tab and Maintenance under the Data Center tab

Description of problem:
Added ISO Storage domain which comes up in maintenance mode is is listed as Inactive under the Storage tab and under Maintenance in the Data Center tab.  The state listed should match under both tabs, note that I confirmed this is the case for a Data domain

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new or existing ISO domain and note the Status under both the Data Center and Storage tabs

Actual results:
ISO Storage domain is listed as Inactive under the Storage tab and shows Maintenance under the Data Center tab

Expected results:
The status should match as it does for Data domain

Yes it is, and there was a closed bug about it in the past somewhere
