Description of problem:
On attach Storage Domain the engine should register the existing OVF_STORE disks, instead add new OVF_STORE disks

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import existing Storage Domain with unregistered entities
2. Attach it to a Data Center and Activate it
3. Create a new VM and disk (A new OVF_STORE disk should be created in the Storage Domain)
4. Remove the Storage Domain
5. Import it again

Actual results:
The only unregistered entities to import will be the new VM

Expected results:
All the former unregistered entities and the new VM should be present in the Import VM/Template sub tab in the Storage after the second import

this bug was moved to MODIFIED before vt4 build date thus moving to ON_QA.
if you belive this bug isn't in vt4, please report to rhev-integ

verified on vt4

please note that to my best knowledge BZ #1147251 is a result of this enhancement but does not block verification.
