Description of problem:
I get an error page (PSA) when I try opening My Account link (https://openshift.redhat.com/app/account).

"Show more" shows: "Unhandled exception reference #a3cd16677ce9a6c73ef853a5c268ec22: End date is less than start date. (23006)"

How reproducible:
All the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login
2. Go to https://openshift.redhat.com/app/account


Actual results:
The error page (PSA)

My profile page

Verified on devenv_5155,accessed my account page,there was no any error.
