Which smbldap-tools package are you using?

I can reproduce this on EL-7 but the version in EPEL-6 is from before this bug was introduced.

both, smbldap-tools-0.9.10-1.el7.noarch & smbldap-tools-0.9.10-1.el6.noarch

# smbldap-usermod -u 2149 sy001
Undefined subroutine &main::account_base_rid called at /usr/sbin/smbldap-usermod line 261.

Comment 7 Paul Howarth 2015-02-25 11:47:38 UTC
EPEL-6 has smbldap-tools-0.9.6-3.el6, so you must have got the smbldap-tools-0.9.10-1.el6 package from somewhere else. The EPEL-6 package should not have this bug.

The smbldap-tools-0.9.10-6.el7 update I've done should address the issue in EPEL-7.

Comment 8 lejeczek 2015-02-25 13:43:14 UTC
yes, truth, my rhel6 package was a manual rebuild from rhel7.

Comment 9 Paul Howarth 2015-02-25 14:04:40 UTC
OK, I'll set the version to epel7 then.
