Description of problem:
Discovery.py does not detect the bricks on the nodes whose UUID is zero in the ouput of 'gluster vol info --xml'.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nagios server on rhel6.5 machine
2. Configure rhs nodes .
3. Run discovery.py script using the host where 'gluster vol info --xml' returns all its peer UUIDs as zeros.

Actual results:
Discovery.py script does not list the bricks on the nodes whose UUID is zero in the ouput of 'gluster vol info --xml'.

Expected results:
Discovery.py script should discover bricks in all the nodes.
