Title: Logging in to Red Hat Satellite Describe the issue: The Note just above Section 3.1 says that "foreman-rake permissions:reset" resets the password to "changeme". This is not further valid (I recall it was true some time ago). Now the new password is generated and printed to command line. Suggestions for improvement: Change the sentence "This will reset the password to the default user of admin and the password to changeme. " to something like: This will reset the password to the default user of admin and the password to the one printed on command line output: # foreman-rake permissions:reset Reset to user: admin, password: qwJxBptxb7Gfcjj5 # Additional information:
http://docbuilder.usersys.redhat.com/14370/#chap-Logging_in_to_Red_Hat_Satellite Changed to: <note> <para> If you have forgotten the administrative password, log on to the <application>Satellite</application> command-line interface to reset the administration user and password: </para> <screen> # foreman-rake permissions:reset Reset to user: admin, password: qwJxBptxb7Gfcjj5 </screen> <para> This will reset the password to the default user of <emphasis>admin</emphasis> and the password to the one printed on the command line. Change this password upon logging in to prevent any security issues from occurring. </para> </note>
