Description of problem:
New Template screen tab order issues

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the New Template screen
2. Use the tab key to navigate between the fields

Actual results:
The tab key jumps from the Name field into the Disk Allocation area and into the Read only Virtual Size and then out of the dialog

Expected results:
The tab key should result in selections from left to right and top to bottom.  In this case, expected results are: Name, Description, Comment, Cluster, Create as a Sub Template Version, Disk Allocation area (including the various fields), Allow all users to access this Template, Copy VM Permissions, OK and Cancel

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Closing old bugs. If this issue is still relevant/important in current version, please re-open the bug.

Specifically for UI, we are not going to invest in fixing keyboard based navigation.
