1096191 is rubygem-ffi, well on it's way now.

It's being pushed to testing already: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rubygem-gssapi-1.1.2-3.el7

It's been built and available since February 2014. Unfortunately, due to missing rubygem-ffi, it was removed from the composes when EPEL 7 went out of Beta.

The package is now in epel/testing/7.

You can give karma to build https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rubygem-gssapi-1.1.2-3.el7 to speed up getting the package to EPEL 7 proper.
