Cause: The link to the knowledge base was pointing at the old URL. Consequence: The knowledge base was inaccessible to users Fix: Change the URL to the current value. Result: The user can now access the knowledge base again.

Description of problem:
Knowledge Base links in rhevm point to https://access.redhat.com/knowledge which is an old link and now user gets redirected to https://access.redhat.com/home

links should point directly to the new knowledge base which is https://access.redhat.com/knowledgebase
