Description of problem:
Tooltips are not displayed while hovering over a certain data in the General sub-tab. The affected fields are:

Id
VLAN tag
MTU

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
oVirt Engine Version: 3.5.0-0.0.master.20140821064931.gitb794d66.el6
Firefox 31.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to webadmin.
2. You must have at least one Network available.
3. Click on any Network and look at the General sub-tab.
4. Hover the mouse cursor over above described data.

Actual results:
Tooltips are not displayed.

Expected results:
Tooltips should display the data from the affected fields.

Seems there are no tooltips in any general tab.
Why is a tooltip needed here? The data is fully displayed in the tab.

Einav, have we ever had tooltips for the general tab fields?

the tool-tips are needed for when the data is not fully displayed, e.g. in low resolutions or when the user reduces the window size.

yes, we used to have tool-tips for general tab fields, but we have lost this capability recently. 
bringing this capability back is tracked via bug 1205309.
