The window doesn't function. Tal - shouldn't we just grey out the button in this scenario?

Indeed, it should only be available in maintenance mode, there was an NPE (actually two) caused by changed in the cluster model

'Configure local storage' while host is in maintenance functions as expected. Verified using vt4
