Description of problem:
Tried to create a local storage domain from the 'Hosts' tab using the 'Configure local storage' button. The window doesn't function.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a local DC on rhev3.5
2. While host is maintenance, open the 'Configure local storage' button 

Actual results:
Window doesn't function

If the host is in maintenance, I don't understand how this can ever function.
Tal - shouldn't we just grey out the button in this scenario?

'Configure local storage' button is operational only when the host is in maintenance

Indeed, it should only be available in maintenance mode, there was an NPE (actually two) caused by changed in the cluster model

this bug was moved to MODIFIED before vt4 build date thus moving to ON_QA.
if you belive this bug isn't in vt4, please report to rhev-integ

'Configure local storage' while host is in maintenance functions as expected.

Verified using vt4
