the bug can't be added to the case run with some 500 error in the console.

Description of problem:
as summary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.11-1 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test run with some case runs.
2.then choose one case run to add bug ,Then check the console.

Actual results:
the console would happen 500 error and the bug would not be added into the  case run.

Expected results:
the bug should be added to the case run without errors.

this only happens via batch adding bugs,not from the file.

verify on devel server with v3.8.11-1 :pass
verify steps are the same as the description.
